Fantástico This is my second time staying there this summer to see Siena. It is a great location. If you have a car, there is parking and you can easily access the city from the hotel. The hotel is like an old palace. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel itself was fine and the rooms were nice however we booked 3 rooms and some had a kettle and water in and others didn’t. Parking which was said is available is only for 5 cars which you have to book in advance. 5 cars for over 50 bedrooms. Needless to say parking was an issue. Night staff was fantastic as well as some of the day staff however one of the older guys during the day was not exactly a friendly guest oriented person. All in all the hotel and most of the staff were great and the location was excellent.

The place was beautiful, with comfortable spaces. However, there are no elevators and many stairs, making it difficult to carry luggage.
The bathroom was neat and had enough space to get in and out, unlike other European places.

Very cute hotel. We booked last min and it’s a great place to have a base to explore the city. Staff is very friendly. They directed me to free parking spaces 10 min walk away which was perfect.

The staff were so helpful. We were not aware the parking area was very small so we did not reserve a space, but managed to get one the
next day also we were on the second floor and there is no lift the staff helped us with our bags. The breakfast was okay but not enough fruit and too much cake. There was a kettle but milk would have been nice.

The hotel is a beautiful building with a special feeling to it. The staff is excellent. Lorenzo, one of the receptionists, planned a whole itinerary to visit wineries. I simply mentioned that we were going and he did it all on his own. He was extremely patient and helpful. I will never forget his kindness. The breakfast was very good and the location is excellent.

We thought a great location to explore Siena. Very nice breakfast included with many options. Five minute walk to buses. The front desk was extremely helpful in recommending places to eat. However most importantly they arranged a driver for us to get us to our next destination when I had struggled doing so on our own. Everything worked in room as expected. Be aware that there is no lift.
