Hotel Rinascimento

From the moment we stepped through the sliding glass door entrance, we were immediately greeted by the coolness of the air-conditioning, and the warmth of the staff. The rooms are just the right size, the bathroom has 2 sinks and nice overhead shower (push up to start it). Bring your own conditioner and washcloths as they have big towels and hand towels only. Purchase the breakfast on site (amazing!), or simply go across the street, to the left for cappuccino and pastry. If you want heartier food, head to the right and up the street for about 5 minutes. I can't recall the name but it's has some tall skinny windows in front. One last thing; the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I only wish I could converse in Italian. The room was spacious and clean. The wifi didn’t work and we had no signal anytime we were in our room so we couldn’t book tickets to sites or use google maps from our bedroom. The tv was also broken. Our bedroom was next to a bar where the bottles were emptied and we were woken to smashing glass bottles at least 3 times during the night. It also didn’t seem to be sound proof so all night we heard every sound from the street outside. It is in a great location.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Aircon worked beautifully! Rooms were modern and clean. Beds comfy, modern bedding! 4 x pillows. Great place.

We received a warm welcome and request fulfilled for an early check-in. A very spacious quadruple room (1 queen, 2 twins) right on the street with direct access. You cannot ask for more central place in Rome. We were able to walk to the all the main attractions. Even late in the day when I asked for help, the staff was there and were able to help out immediately. If given a chance, I would stay here over the pricer brands.

Friendly staff

Not far from Plaza Navona, this was a gem of a hotel. We stayed for 3 days from May 12 through May 15, 2026. My Italian is close to non-existent and the 5 different desk staff helped us muddle through our everyday challenges. They called taxis for us, and a carrier to get to the airport when our visit ended. They provided a useful map of the area and told us the best way to get to all the typical tourist venues we wanted to visit. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. There were no bureaus but there was a Murphy bed that served the purpose of unloading our belongings.The shower was the most modern I have seen, and it took some time and experimenting to get it to do what I wanted. The breakfast had a wide variety of offerings and a very helpful woman shepherding us through. Wi-fi is provided, though we had some problems with the initial hook-up to my laptop. Again, the desk folk helped us solve that problem with a call to the wi-fi provider. If you are coming from America, bring outlet converters as your electronics are not compatible with European outlets. We strongly recommend the Hotel Rinascimento on Pellegrino Street in Rome.

We were put into an annex room that was right off the street (door was directly on the street). It was not in the hotel block as advertised. The hot water stopped working halfway through our stay. The area is very walkable, however if you are staying I would recommend calling in advance to make sure your room is not ground level right off the street for safety.

Room was super tiny, mattress cover made a lot of noise and didn't allow us to sleep properly, noisy room due to window facing the street, room was dusty and not properly cleaned + blood stains on curtains, staff at reception was very rude, stairs unusable due to painting wirks ongoing during our atay

The room was nice and clean , my only comment is that the shower was very small , I could t imagine a large man fitting in there . The staff is very nice and helpful

The service was exceptional the room was very clean and comfortable and it is the best location for walking to the site, the shops and restaurants.
