Front desk service was awesome. She helped us a lot to plan out things and gave awesome recommendations. The lady in cafeteria behaved little rude. Not sure whether it was communication gap or deliberate.

Fantástico
I loved the experience of a few days/nights here. Peaceful, simple/understated yet beautiful hotel with incredible gardens and common spaces. Also a terrific location, outside the tour group mobs yet very easy walk to the center of Anacapri.

Clean and comfortable rooms in an excellent location with some beautiful views. Friendly staff who were always on hand. Good breakfast choices. 2 minute walk to shops, restaurants and bus routes.

Mediocre Hotel. Far from the ferry. Breakfast horrible, Motel 6 quality with unhappy staff. Mattresses have plastic (waterproof) covers, like the one for the babies, that make you sweat like crazy during the hot humid nights. The only pro was the price. And for Capri, that could be essential.
