Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free, which made for a great first impression.
The room was reasonably clean, but the hotel itself is quite outdated and in need of significant renovations. While everything was functional, the aging facilities noticeably affected the overall experience. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortable throughout our stay.
With some much-needed upgrades and modernization, this hotel has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.
