While the hotel was clean and comfortable and well situated to the CBD the hotel was severely understaffed. Checkin was on level 7. The staff were amazing and very helpful, but the que was very lengthy to get to the desk and the que to get into the elevator que was insane.
Breakfast was a shambles. The food was average and a lot of the food trays were empty, there were no knives, forks or plates. The hot chocolate tap was not working and the tables were covered in dirty breakfast dishes. I felt sorry for the staff as they were very apologetic. Shout out to Leah, you did an amazing job rushing around and doing a great job.
I’m sorry to give this review but I am being as honest as I can. The room in itself was great, the bed was comfortable and it was not noisy. The room had a great blockout blind. The hotel had onsite parking, a bonus.
