Overall I had a very pleasant stay. The room has a great view of the sea and mountain. The staff is very welcoming and responsive to our requests. The location is a bit off the main city area and the restaurant options are somewhat limited.

Fantástico Staff is very warm, conscientious, and professional. The food is the best in Jeju! Our room was beautiful with floor to ceiling windows to see the spectacular views of the waves and tide pools.

Fantástico During our two week vacation in South Korea this was our favourite hotel to stay in.
The location is nice, close to the coast. The staff was good at addressing issues. We had an issue with the water heating in our room and the staff moved us to a different room right away.
Breakfast was nice, both the Korean and American style.
The room was clean and the tub was nice to use. The bed was comfy. Would stay here again!
