The property was very clean. The presentation immaculate. There reception was very hard to locate and the female check in staff only was able to look at and speak to my male partner who didnt even book the reservation. On top of that she was overly smiling and giggling like a school girl at him. This was disgusting and as the person who made the reservation was appalling to me. I paid a good amount of money and didnt get a nice outlook from my room. The restaurant staff were slow and inattentive. Would need to wait 2 minutes just to get them to look my way. They were happy to all talk together in a circle though. Wouldn't go back unless it was the only 5 star option and I would ask for more considerate staff next time.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis. The service was excellnt from check in to check out. The property is stunningly beautiful and we would not hesitate to recommend. I would like to especially recognize Mahmoud Abdel Aziz & Omar who both went out of their way to help us to get my husband's phone back after leaving it in an uber by mistake. Peter at the BBQ night. Aya at check out was so lovely and Amr who helped us with our bags. We can't wait until we return to our 'second home' per the security personnel. Thank you WA, I stay in hotels all the time for business and you have the spevial sauce:-).

Wow, what an experience. After five days in Sharm El Sheikh with the kids, I was ready for some relaxed luxury and the Waldorf Astoria Cairo delivered exactly that. From the moment you arrive, you’re enveloped in a sense of calm, luxury and seamless convenience. The staff are absolutely exceptional. Warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful, they go out of their way to ensure you’re comfortable and have everything you need. I really can’t praise them highly enough. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, understated yet luxurious, and incredibly comfortable throughout. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Cairo, and for a longer stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience.
