They had apparently forgotten to leave our keycard in the 'key cafe' for us to access (from what we could piece together from a conversation). It is not staffed through the night, but they have an intercom to put a call to a staff member. Luckily we had a Japanese speaker in our group; we may have been locked out of the hotel otherwise, as I'm uncertain how well the hotel staff spoke English. The staff member we called was patient and helpful and we did manage to get into the hotel to sleep. The building and rooms were small, but clean and comfortable.

So close to tsukiji, shinjuku, ginza and all the other hot spots!! Limited staff from 9am-6Pm but everything you need is in the room!! Friendly local neighborhood with plenty to do! Nice room, clean and spacious for our family of 4

A pleasant little hotel. Clean room and friendly staff in a quiet part of town, but central enough to be close to everything. We especially appreciated the ease of check-in and check-out outside of reception hours, and having our own floor was a great bonus. Recommended!

Front desk is only available for limited hours. I arrived at 11 and there was no staff and the entrance was locked. Rooms are spacious by Japanese standards and very clean and comfortable.

Fantástico Pretty spacious compared to other business hotels in Tokyo and I liked that there is only one room per floor.
We used the coin laundry which was less than 5 min walk from the hotel and cost less than 10 USD for washing and drying.
We walked to Ginza and Tokyo Station.
