We had such an incredible 4-night stay that I can't stop raving about the exceptional service! Not only is the hotel stunning with such great facilities, the staff go above and beyond. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt at home.
The doormen do not let you lift a finger; they're there offering help before you can even say hello. The guest services staff were incredible -- especially Antonio and his lovely colleague (I can't recall her name) who played with our 1 and 5 year old children each time they saw them. Our daughter was ill during the trip and the hotel facilitated a private Drs visit to our room (at a fee) which made a huge difference to the rest of our stay.
The pool is a great temperature, spa facilities and massage were fantastic, breakfast was vast and there is a comfortable shuttle that operates every 30 minutes to the town centre.
This was my second time staying at the Corinthia and I now want to stay at all locations when I travel.
