The ocean view is the best!! The room is clean and quiet and breakfast is good as well. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Great location and friendly staff. The Wi-Fi was flaky but the views made up for it.

This was my worst experience in Korea so far: I booked for three nights but informed the hotel, that I will be one day late and they confirmed it won’t be an issue. On arrival, they didn’t have my name on the list anymore and it took reception a while to figure out that I am the “late arrival”. Once I dropped my luggage and wanted to head out, they waved me down to get my credit card, which I assumed is for incidentals. On day number two, I just came out of the shower, the lady from the reception tried entering my room - no knocking or ringing the door bell... Luckily I had the chain attached. When I asked her what’s up, she said that she assumed the room to be unoccupied. Upon checkout, the front desk was not manned and there was a checkout-machine only, they wanted to charge me the full stay, but I had prepaid the room already. This is when I involved Expedia, who called the hotel and tried to clarify. After the call, someone came to the front desk and wanted to tell me, I had to pay for the cancelation of my first night…? It took the better part of half an hour to have them sort out that the room was fully paid for three nights and me staying only two nights should not involve paying a cancellation fee for the night I already paid but wasn’t occupying the room… Finally, while the room was clean, modern, of good size and had ocean view, the bed was way too hard so I didn’t get much sleep and the breakfast was a minimal US continental breakfast.

If you’re looking for a less expensive place with very few amenities and a less than helpful staff, this is your place. Lobby is empty. Rooms felt new but kind of cheep. Shower is awesome. The staff is not helpful at all so don’t have high expectations. We went 3 days without normal size bath towels and the staff said sorry but they couldn’t do anything about it. Later they brought more small hand towels, not helpful. The bed is hard as a rock. View is nice, overlooks the sea. Keep your expectations low and do stuff outside the hotel and you’ll have a good time.

Great view and breakfast staff were charming there was no service at the desk most times, even when calling reception they did not answer We had a man walk into our room when my wife was alone sick in bed with a cold. We had the do not disturb sign on! Wen I finally got to someone at the desk they did not speak English and tried to explain it was the exterminator that is no excuse as there was a do not disturb sign on the door Very poor training and lack of concern and safety for guests choose another hotel there are many on the beach

Great beach view and just a short walk to the beach (maybe 2 minutes). On the surfing side of the beach which was awesome! Took a lesson at one of the surf shops a 5 minute walk away

I was very uncomfortable because the building's air conditioning was not on, so the lobby and hallways were very hot (I had control over my room), and I didn't like the attitude of the staff.

Their lobby could have been more efficient during check-in. Otherwise, it was nice.
