Nice modern hotel next to the harbour and on the edge of the city centre. Typical Ibis in that no complaints but not exciting. The picture on the website is not the hotel! Breakfast ok for €15

Great breakfast. Central location. Good parking

We had a nice stay overall. The place is very well located. However, one last incident left a negative impression. I returned to my room at 11:50 a.m., just 10 minutes before checkout, to quickly collect my luggage and rush to the train station. To my surprise, my key card no longer worked. I went to the front desk, where I was initially told that I had already checked out. I explained that I had not and that I was in a hurry. The receptionist reactivated my card, but when I returned to the room, it still did not work. I had to run back to the reception again. When I explained my frustration and the urgency of the situation, the receptionist’s response was not particularly helpful and seemed dismissive, saying that “it is not my fault.” This was not the level of hospitality I expected. Eventually, another employee came upstairs with me and opened the door, allowing me to retrieve my luggage and catch my train. While the issue was ultimately resolved, the way it was handled by the front desk staff was disappointing.

Location was great

Staff was very courteous and kind. Rooms were dirty. Dark brown carpet felt dirty and humid. It is a very good location in between Trouville sur mer and Deauville. If you have allergies then avoid.

Clean room, good and walkable location, Good basic breakfast - nice touch with the French cheese and fresh orange juice. Welcoming and informative front desk. Convenient parking. The only thing I didn’t like is the lack of amenities, a kettle and coffee in room could do a great difference. Other than that excellent.

A nice clean hotel, room was on the small side but adequate. Parking was the most expensive I’ve ever paid. Good choice for breakfast and everything very fresh. Someone who could speak English on reception would have been a help for us ignorant brits

Отель ближе к интересным точкам Трувилля нежели Довилля. Нам очень понравился отель: чисто, комфортно. Интересно оформлен номер. Парковались рядом со входом в отель. Вдоль дороги. Дешевле и удобно. Непременно вернемся. Спасибо!

Well located for the centre and clean comfortable rooms
