Great location near Stadthalle, clean, confortable and big bed. Good hotel for a stay in Vienna.

Staff was great! Breakfast was lovely Was a bit bummed there were no weights at their gym, but they did have cardio machines. Nice hot tub and sauna

Room was clean, staff was nice, the only problem i encountered is that some furniture is a bit old, with a lamp almost falling on my head.

Did not have a fantastic experience at this hotel. Especially considering its displayed as a 4 star hotel on websites like expedia. We arrived late Friday night (I sent them a message the day before letting them know we were driving in after work). When we arrived at the desk I waited probably 15 minutes for anyone who worked there to materialize. When we checked in he informed me that parking was 32 euros (do not pay this there are cheaper garages in the area if you dont mind a cheap walk) per day and that breakfast was between 630-1030am. I will admit the beds were comfortable but the room was very plain and boring. Not very luxurious. It was very hot the days we were there and the AC unit started creating condensation that got water all over the floor in the bathroom. Informed the desk before we left for the day, when we returned the water was gone but the air wasn't running so the room was really hot. After running the air again the next day the water started dripping again. The last morning before we checked out we went down for breakfast at like 1005am we were informed breakfast was finished. Apparently they stop breakfast at 1000 during the week at 1030 on weekends but no one informed us of this difference when we checked in.

At the beginning of my stay, I had an issue initially but had it figured out with the staff. They were great and accommodating. Helpful too. The room, stay is great and in a good area to get to places.

Terrible pillows, AC seems to barely work in the room. Cleaning service was difficult to use and only on request. Would not stay again.
