Clean room Helpful staff GREAT French dinner What I did not like: A very noisy group of Indians (I'm from India but not like them) They ruined the whole atmosphere by playing a continuous loud music while they dined. During breakfast they touched the food with their hands - the Hotel staff needs to be firm about this. There were tongs, spoons to serve but they preferred not to use them. They made a noise in the corridors at 23:00. NO MANNERS!!

The pool was exceptionally clean and clear. Staff were friendly and parking was ample. The breakfast buffet selection was broad with hot and cold items and tasted great. While the room itself was large, clean and tidy, there was one of those "sterilizing" odours, liked canned air on an airplane, that quickly dissipated as you adjust your senses. The pub staff were friendly and the drinks were refreshing but the food is very basic frozen food items, all deep fried. Very central to the CDG airport and close to gas stations if you need to refill the tank before returning your rental car.

Dirty, old and window did not close. Don’t even provide a bar for hand soap but rather a gross dispenser.

The hotel room felt quite outdated overall. The carpet was very old and worn, and the furniture looked aged and in need of replacement. The restroom also showed clear signs of wear and did not feel well-maintained. Additionally, I was asked to provide a €100 deposit upon arrival, which had not been disclosed in advance. This lack of transparency was disappointing and affected the overall experience.

Rooms smelled terrible. The airport shuttle only runs 5 times a day and it was 40 minutes late picking us up from the hotel.

The staff was extremely rude, the rooms need to be updated
