We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Pigeon Forge, TN. The hotel was beautifully decorated, smelled amazing throughout, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool, lazy river, lobby bistro, and outdoor fire pit were great additions and made the hotel feel like more than just a place to sleep. The location was also excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything Pigeon Forge has to offer.
Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the water temperature was hot with plenty of hot water available. Overall, the accommodations provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
There were a few areas that could be improved. The size of the refrigerator in the room was disappointing—it was extremely small, and we were unable to store any leftover food we wanted to save. There was also a button inside the refrigerator that had to be continuously pressed every two hours to keep it cooling, which was inconvenient. Thankfully, we had brought a cooler with us. Additionally, while the shower water was hot, the water pressure was very low, making it take much longer to wash my hair. The bathroom also did not have a fan, so it became very steamy very quickly.
Despite these minor issues, we had a great experience overall and would recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Pigeon Forge to others. With its beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, great amenities, and convenient location, it is a great option for a visit to the area.
