Absolutely stunning. We genuinely felt special during our short stay and the staff were really nice. The food was amazing, our cabin was stunning. We just couldn’t fault anything. It was quite expensive to stay here but it was really worth every penny.

An exceptional stay in a unique hotel. Everything was fantastic, the staff were friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Location was great with the tram stop just over the road. Would highly recommend.

the staff here is wonderful and a nice job has been done in training the boat into a hotel. the room was very comfortable with a comfy bed and well appointed bath. the restaurant was OK. the water is very harsh on the metal boat exterior so a fresh coat of paint over some rust spots would be good. the red carpet up to the reception area is a nice touch.

Everything about The Fingal was so special. The hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. The staff is the absolute best part of the entire experience. They are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable of the hotel and the surrounding city. We couldn’t have been happier to have spent time on board! We hope to come back again!

Amazing stay at the Fingal. Top rated service, dining, and very comfortable beds. It’s also away from the noise in the tourist areas of Edinburgh making it a peaceful escape. Thank you!
