Clean room, breakfast was amazing and the staff there was too. Pool was nice but the staff at the pool and bar are not very helpful. They pick and choose who they wana be helpful with.

Since we are VIP at Expedia we got a lot of upgrades and everyone treated us super nice! We got an upgrade, access to amenities food all day and discount as spa
