The best thing about this hotel is the rooftop swimming pool and the staff working up there were fantastic.
However, the rooms & customer service I experienced were very poor to average. There is no natural light in the rooms so like being in a dungeon. The facilities in the rooms are also bad, the TV didn’t work properly, the shower did not work properly (water dribbling out of the shower head with insufficient pressure). I politely informed staff about these issues when I arrived and that I wasn’t happy with the room and they offered no solutions. I expect more from a ‘five star’ hotel, poor customer service.
