what i liked about this property that it was in the center of prague, there was some points i didn't like about this hotel that the room was too small for me same as the bathroom it was very small too for a 5 star hotel

Me alojé con niños

Location, Location , Location ! I was so happy to have this as a Base to explore Prague. Even with on going construction in the city center, it was close to transit and sites like the Prague National mesuem that were a must visit for my family . I found the staff to be fluent in english and willing and able to assist with minor things. If I could recommend a small addition it would be the procurement of individual steam irons for the rooms. Staff were happy to assist with pressing my clothing however, I would have preferred some independence in this regard. Over all it comes down to would I visit and stay again...Yes definitely . Many thanks to the hotel manager and front desk who were warm and welcoming . Protips - the mini bar is packed with goodies for a fee so keep this in mind if ur thinking to store items in there as u may find there is no space. Also there is an attached resturant . We did not dine for breakfast but did eat lunch which was ok .

The hotel is well located and the rooms are nicely sized. The staff was courteous and friendly. The only two negatives were: There are no washcloths with the towels and the lobby doesn't really have an area to have a coffee or sit and talk.

Rooms were lovely and spacious. Staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant/ bar in the hotel was very ncie, great food and service. Great location.

Estupendo
The room and staff were very good. I did not enjoyed the restaurant and later the cafe on the second level because the music was unbecoming of the fine place. It had too much beat, little melody and it was too loud.
