We took advantage of the lockers to drop of our luggage before checkin and leave our luggage after checkout. A great service in a nice room with toilets, seating, and laundry facilities. We also liked the location, walking distance to old town, and how quiet it was from traffic noise.

All good, a bit cramped for a family of four, but comfortable beds and well set up. The only thing is the windows take up the whole of the large expanse of outside walls and the curtains don’t close fully. Overall we enjoyed it. Good location as well.

The apartment was very nice and in an ideal location. The air conditioner in the bedroom was broken so the apartment was hot every time we came back. They provided two fans which helped a bit. Also there is no microwave or any appliances for heating up food. Other than that the stay was great.

Location perfect, just a short walk to Mirabell gardens and 5 minutes more to the old town. Bed and pillows super comfy, coffee and fridge very welcome. There was an issue with the lift, reported and quickly resolved. Thank you for a lovely stay

This hotel was amazing! Loved the central location, comfortable apartments and all the amenities. Checkin was super easy with a PIN number emailed to me, which also served as the access code for the front door.

Master Mirabell has a GREAT location. We were so close to the Mirabell gardens, palace and easy to get to other areas. The hotel is more like a long term stay sort of arrangement with a washer/dryer in the lower level and kitchenettes in the rooms. The a/c didn't work well in one of our rooms, communication with the host was great and they offered fans to help cool things down. To be fair, it was in the mid 90s and very hot so not surprising that a/c wasn't keeping up.
One minor annoyance, I booked 2 rooms together and we were placed in rooms in separate but connecting buildings. It made it confusing for my 86 year old Dad
Overall a good stay and I would stay here again if traveling in Salzburg.
