It’s a simple, minimum and basic hotel. It has a microwave and hot water maker. It would have been nice if there were coffee cups.

Por debajo del promedio Rooms are small, service terrible. My sister is alergic to feathers, we asked for hypo allergenic pillows 🙄 but no luck. Then asked for extra towels to use as pillows, and were told only 1 towel per person. We asked for help to ship our luggage, they couldn't help. None of the staff knew English. When asking any questions the answer was always no. No ice machine, when asked for solution told to get ice at convienece store, Asked about convention, airport shuttle couldn't help. No cafe at the hotel, closed since 2021. Booked 3 beds, got two beds pushed together. One positive proximity to train station. For the price of 300 plus a night, would not reccomend.

Its convenient being right next to chibaminato station. It offers the basic amenities but not anything else. But it was clean and comfortable

Would stay at this hotel every time I’m in Tokyo!!! Quiet place to get out of the hassle and bustle of the too busy city. The hotel is right in front of the train station that makes it convenient to get anywhere. Staff is wonderful especially the young lady that works the front desk during the days. Keep pricing as it is and wound recommend this hotel every time.
