This hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Despite having already booked and paid, the staff couldn’t even find our reservation, wasting our time and causing unnecessary stress. Check-in was a disaster—slow, disorganized, and unpunctual.
To make matters worse, we were arbitrarily asked to change rooms, completely upending our plans and adding to the chaos. The rooms themselves were inadequately prepared, with no basic amenities provided, forcing us to chase staff for things that should have been standard. The service was inattentive, disorganized, and downright frustrating.
For a supposedly professional hotel, this experience was shocking. The lack of competence, courtesy, and efficiency made our stay deeply unpleasant. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere—it is nothing short of a headache disguised as hospitality.
