Antonio at reception was super nice and assisted us with scheduling an uber to the airport when we first checked in. However, our second night there, we arrived late due to a concert and a storm and we were unable to grab dinner so we asked if there was any places we could order from, they gave us a menu for a place nearby but when we called the restaurant and they refused to take our order because we spoke English. We went down to reception and asked the lady (cannot remember her name) and she had a huge attitude about having to assist us and made another receptionist do it instead.
