Ubicación
Muy cerca del aeropuerto Marco Polo. A poca distancia a pie o en coche. Parada de autobús enfrente con transporte directo y rápido al centro de Venecia.
Servicios ofrecidos
Personal de recepción muy servicial, amable y profesional. Gestión de transporte, venta de billetes de autobús, excelentes desayunos y magnífico restaurante en el establecimiento.
Limpieza
Habitaciones siempre limpias, cuidadas y amplias. Alojamiento ordenado que garantiza una estancia cómoda y reparadora para los viajeros antes de sus vuelos.
Ambiente e instalaciones
Camas cómodas, habitaciones silenciosas, agradable restaurante con buena comida, zona de terraza, modernas instalaciones, gimnasio y originales exposiciones de motocicletas.

A very expensive hotel near the airport. Offers a bar and a resturant that are OK. No free shuttle to the airport, that is less than 1 mile away. 10 euros each for a ride to the airport. Location is the only thing I can reccomend for this hotel at over $500 per night.

Construction going on which made inside the facilities and getting to the hotel room difficult, staff was not consistent in supporting with direction and coordination for travel to airport. Would never stay here again!

Everything at the hotel costs extra—a morning trip to the airport was 20 euros. I went to drop off my rental car and had to walk back. The place is called a "restaurant," but the food doesn't meet Italian standards at all. I asked for a wake-up call, but no one did it. There isn't even a service to help carry a guest's luggage—you have to do everything yourself. All in all, I am not happy with the hotel.

Booked a one night stay at this hotel and it was reasonably priced. The rooms spacious, but dated with the decor. However, the staff was super helpful, friendly, and helped to coordinate a group shuttle to the airport the next day. The front desk even provided some recommendations for restaurants in the area. The room served its purpose as a place to rest and relax after a long travel day.

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful in arranging transportation to airport for very early morning flight. Restaurant on-site for dinner was good. No complaints, totally fit for purpose of easier access to airport for our early flight! (Location is within a short driving distance, but really NOT walkable with luggage.)
