Overall, this was an above-average stay and a good value for a family mindful of expenses. The hotel’s location is a major highlight—very lively, conveniently close to downtown, and surrounded by other hotels and key attractions, which made getting around easy.
The food service stood out positively. Meals were consistently hot, refilled quickly, and the pantry team maintained a clean and well-organized area, which we appreciated.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The restroom did not have an exhaust system, which affected ventilation. Sleep quality was also not ideal—possibly due to the overly soft beds, which made it harder to get deep rest. Additionally, while the front desk staff were professional, a warmer, more welcoming demeanor with smiles would have enhanced the overall experience.
In summary, the stay offered good value for money, especially considering the prime location and food service, but addressing the comfort and hospitality aspects would make it even better.
