I had a great stay

Although the staff are nice people they are not properly trained nor management has protocols in place for properly taking care of the guests. The design of the hotel is mediocre at best but there’s nothing that can be done about that. However, other areas that can be improved are also looked over. For example an LED strip that hasn’t worked in ages, lack of outlets on the night stand etc. At the end, my overall impression is that whomever is managing this property has no interest in improvement not the proper education or knowledge to lead the employees and implement proper care of the guests.

We arrived after a rainstorm, and the room ceiling literally leaked. Switched to another room - never had any hot water. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The grounds/pool area were delightful, oppulent. The connection to the Ipanema restarurant provided exceptional food choices. Hoping they can fix the few flaws.

The hotel looks much better in photos than it does in person. The rooms feel cheap, and some are located on the third floor with no elevator, which makes the stairs difficult to climb. The doors are oddly designed like windows and are tricky to open. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The location is decent, but there are better options nearby.

Great location. Just a 2 minute walk to the best corner in Playa for restaurants, shopping and street entertainment. A quiet oasis with a lovely pool, thatched roofs and friendly staff.

Top tier plya del Carmen amenities and facilities. The rims were topped here. The staff was incredibly accommodating. Breakfast were well thought out. It was the right choice to go for the engagement My now fiance definitely enjoyed the couple's massage and the spa staff were incredible. Everybody was incredible
