Excellent location, right next to the aqueduct. Friendly staff, comfortable room and delicious breakfast with some nice healthy options. Very convenient for arriving by car, as the hotel has its own parking basement at a very decent price.

They charged for 30€ late check out for one hour only which I found inappropriate since the hotel is not full

I was a little disappointed overall, although the view was amazing. I expected a little more from the Eurostar name. We were given a multi-room suite, which I did not book. There were only two of us, so it felt a little odd we had a separate virtually empty sitting room with not much more than a pull-out couch. Just feels like it’s ready for an update throughout. The atrium inside was dark and empty. One highlight was definitely the cheerful breakfast room and impressive self-serve spread. Oh and I almost forgot, upon arriving to the room the shower head immediately snapped off, reinforcing the idea everything needs an update. They did immediately address the problem and it was fixed in about an hour. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Nice area and everything walking distance

The staff was really helpful and helped me get my laundry done asap.

The breakfast was fresh and very appetizing. Parking not applicable for us but it it’s easy for the customers I’m sure because it’s just in front of the hotel . It was accessible to the landmark and the view from my room was awesome! I will recommend it to all my friends!
