Great location, helpful staff, clean room

Very nice location. New and very clean room. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. Upon arrival, we were assigned Room 224, which had a strong musty smell mixed with cigarette smoke. We found two cockroaches, a table with a loose screw, and there was a dog barking continuously in the room next door. Although the front desk changed our room promptly, my complaints were barely acknowledged. The biggest disappointment was accessibility. I clearly informed the hotel in advance that my husband is a wheelchair user, yet we were moved to a room that requires using two different elevators. One route includes an extremely steep temporary steel ramp where my husband nearly tipped backwards in his wheelchair. There is also a step in the corridor connecting the buildings, forcing me to maneuver his wheelchair over it. I appreciate that the hotel was nearly fully booked and that the staff tried to relocate us quickly. However, this does not excuse assigning guests with accessibility needs to rooms that are unsafe to reach, nor the poor cleanliness and maintenance of the original room. For a hotel that advertises accessible facilities, this experience was disappointing. I hope management takes accessibility, cleanliness, and room maintenance more seriously so future guests—especially those with disabilities—do not experience the same issues.

I stayed in July when temperatures were 95 and up, the room was nice and cool, breakfast was good too. Very convenient location if you are traveling to other cities, it is right in front the train station.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel and room was clean. One minor complaint though, based on where you are in the hotel, you might smell a sewage smell. I was placed in a room at the end of the hall, on the 4th floor. The smell was very overwhelming and the staff was kind enough to find an alternative room.

I booked two Classic Double Rooms and requested connecting rooms, but unfortunately I didn’t receive any response from the hotel for over two weeks before our arrival. Fortunately, the hotel generously provided us with a complimentary room upgrade to better accommodate my child, which we truly appreciated. My only concern was the air conditioner and the air quality in our room, as the airflow seems an odor. Overall, we were grateful for the excellent service from Christian and the reception team.

Very spacious and cozy rooms. Nice location just in front of the station.

The location was very convenient, across the train station. The room was very clean but when we opened one of the drawers we found a bunch of men underwear and socks. Kinda disgusting. In the bathroom the bar supporting the shower constantly falling off, the hotel needs some TLC The rest was good . Kudos for offering 2 extra pillows!
