Por debajo del promedio No Breakfast, like what their advertisement, because they said they closed the kitchen while pandemic, and that was in 2020, and now is 2026, and they still never update the information that they don't have kitchen anymore.
No Laundry service like what they put in their advertisement.
No hot water dispenser,
I have to get a glass of hot water everyday to make my own coffee from the security post at their parking lot.
Because they don't have any hot water dispenser inside the hotel, and they don't have any coffee makers machine in the room.
Really bad...
And the voice of the elevator bell, is too loud, ding dong... ding dong... ding dong...
All day, All night....
Crazy....

Por debajo del promedio Hotel property was very bad. Service was terribly bad. I could not check in the reason was they did not receive the hotel confirmation from hotels.com, they said. After having long conversation, finally they allow me to check in. NO HOT WATER. THE LINEN WAS NOT CLEANED. Over all, the HOTEL WAS TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THAT HOTEL AGAIN. NEVER! NOT RECOMMENDED HOTEL!!!
