We had an amazing stay at Corazon resort. Our suite had two bedrooms, a jacuzzi, and a stunning ocean view. The place was spotless. We did have a couple of issues with a lamp and a door not shutting, but once reported, all was corrected within two hours. They were very apologetic and courteous about it. The Beach Club access really made the trip for us. The staff there were amazing, and although they were extremely busy, they made us feel welcome and even knew our names by the second day. I love Mexico, and the people from Mexico are so lovely. We will definitely be back and stay here again.

Overall amazing experience. Staff was at your service & guided you any & every where needed. The views were beautiful. Youre about a 5 min walk to beach if that. & close to everything. If you are looking to experience the resort, make reservations prior or upon arrival. Cant wait to go back. Chuy, Mike, Miguel, Angi, guapo and issac were amazing! To say the least. Rooftop experience was amazing as well, (don’t remember names) Would def recommend.

Was the perfect getaway for my husband and I's honeymoon. Great location and beach access. Would definitely rebook the next time we are in Cabo!

I’ve stayed at Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa four times now, and it’s become my go-to in Cabo for a reason. The amenities are what keep me coming back. The beach club is always a highlight, and the multiple pool decks give you different vibes depending on the day—whether you want something lively or more relaxed. The 360 rooftop bar and pool is a standout experience on its own, especially around sunset, and having a brewery on-site adds a nice, casual option that doesn’t feel like it’s just another hotel bar. The staff has consistently been helpful and welcoming every visit, which makes check-in and the entire stay feel effortless. The location is also ideal—easy walking distance into town and close to the marina/boat port, so you don’t feel stuck or dependent on transportation. I’ve also used their spa services, including massages, and everything has been professional and relaxing. Hospitality overall is solid across the board, from housekeeping to front desk to pool service. Checkout is simple and modern with a QR code system, which makes leaving just as easy as arriving. Overall, it’s a place that balances resort luxury with convenience and a social, fun atmosphere—and that’s why I keep going back.

The room was clean. The staff was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. The beach view was phenomenal.

A four star resort that feels like a two star. We recently stayed at the Corazon in Cabo San Lucas and left feeling like the property did not live up to its advertised four star rating. While the location is convenient to the beach and the pools are pretty in pictures, the overall guest experience felt much more like a two star resort. Upon arrival, we were never offered concierge service, we were not told the amenities of the resort if there were any. We were not told simple info like if there was a water station, that we needed to reserve a spot on the beach to sit, we were never asked what time we would prefer to have housekeeping come. We had to request a lot, like bedding for the pullout even though our reservations were very clear that it would be used. Our shower handle was loose and broke after the second shower, they fixed it the next day. The ice machines never worked in our tower and had to request ice often. Although housekeeping came, our towels were not exchanged and after three days I had to request for that to be done. There were no paper towels in the room and left with only one dish towel. Staff never seemed happy, they always seemed occupied in an empty lobby, they never said hi or were welcoming, they seemed bothered when we sat at the pool and we didn't order drinks because we don't drink. When going to the beach we sat at the section for Corazon but were quickly talked to and made to feel like we were imposing. I would not recommend this resort

check in process horrible. arrived 9am did not get room till 3pm. they never texted me that room was ready I had to go and ask them several times. even though property was not busy. they claimed had to clean the room, does not take 5 hours to clean the room

La verdad que las instalaciones del Hotel son muy bonitas, estaba muy limpio, la atención del personal tanto de Restaurante, bares, recepción fue excepcional, el vale parking muy atentos y responsables..El spa no lo visitamos.
