It was clean and ready when we arrived. The breakfast room is delightful, breakfast was great, and Lucia makes amazing cappucinos and helped with whatever we needed.

We stayed in the family room on the 1st floor.perfectly clean and brilliant staff at breakfast.They were always happy to help you.asked for boiled eggs for the baby and next day they made them available.about 10 mins easy walk from the lucca train station.brilliantly accesible.

Close to everything Lucia is a great person very friendly and helpful. I will back again

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca. The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept, with a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home right away. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Lucca and enjoy the city’s lovely streets, shops, and restaurants. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

I stayed in the twin room as a solo traveler - very comfortable bed and roomy bathroom as noted in other reviews. Having breakfast available was a nice option. I tried to get a hold of the host twice during my stay - once via WhatsApp re renting a bike and once via Expedia about bag storage - neither inquiry received any response. I’m very surprised other guests found the staff so helpful honestly. I had no interaction besides entrance instructions.

This wonderful small hotel is located on a quiet street five minutes away from Piazza Napoleone. It is in a historic building and has a lot of character. The bathroom is very modern and had a good selection of toiletries. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, they serve a great continental breakfast every morning. You can walk to all the places of interest easily, as well as to the train station and to the bus hub in Piazzale Verdi. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again !

Loved our stay here. Lucia was lovely and so helpful. Bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay of 2 nights very much.

No problem checking in after dark. The laundry that was advertised was full of dirty linens. The kitchen was full of half empty food boxes. The remnants from that day’s breakfast were still on the sideboard. The next morning, a large amount of the very old gap filler for the roof and dust had fallen into our bed. Yuck. Alternative accommodation was found for us at another B&B in town. Not a fan. Spoilt our experience of Lucca and B&B in general.
