The Mediterranean Port Douglas

Unfortunately we were unable to enter our room when we had made arrangements prior regarding late check in. We were unable to call the emergency number and had to check in to another accomodation because of this. From what we could see, the apartment was old and the pool was small compared to other motels in the area. We must admit that Nina was reasonable when we asked for a refund and was prompt in ensuring this was sorted.

All good. Just a few items need a bit of attention in room

Very difficult check in. No one was at reception. No one would answer the phone. Also, not a fan of the gate. You HAVE to have a clicker just to LEAVE.

Accommodation was fine. I was unaware that there wasn't a lift and there was no wifi for a week. Very hard to get work done when there is no wifi. Communication on the wifi issue stopped after my second night, which is disappointing.

Very nice luxury appartments

Wonderful room and decent sized pool for a proper swim. In this day and age they shouldn't be charging for WiFi though 😔

We had four adults staying in a room for 2 nights and at no point did we feel like there wasn't enough space. The rooms are well kept, staff were friendly and helpful and the area was nice and quiet. It is a little out of town which only becomes an issue if you need to rely on Port Douglas' lack of public transport. If you have your own transport than it's a pretty quick trip.

High quality apartment and facility

No wifi reached our room and car space was too difficult to get into so we parked on the street, otherwise it was perfect

Lovely pool area, water is slightly heated not cold which is great. Rooms a good size.
