Check-in was quick and easy, and all of the staff were extremely pleasant and friendly throughout my stay. We did have an issue with the TV not working around 9:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the phone in the room would not call down to the front desk, so I had to walk down personally. The front desk staff were very kind, and they promptly sent a gentleman up to the room who quickly fixed the issue.
Overall, I would stay here again because the customer service was excellent. However, I would avoid using the hot tub. During our stay, I developed a gastrointestinal illness, another person in my party developed hot tub folliculitis, and a third ended up with a UTI. Two out of the three of us required antibiotics afterward.
