Wren Urban Nest

The location is great, and the rooms were quiet all things considered. However, we booked this hotel last-minute/day-of specifically because we had a (non-refundable) VRBO that unfortunately did not have AC, and we had an 80+ year-old family member with us. Our group of 6 paid more than $2500 for 4 rooms x 2 nights, and the room they assigned my mother-in-law did not have AC. We notified the front desk as soon as we got into the rooms, and they said they would send maintenance to look at it. Well, they wither never looked into it, or they sent maintenance and did not fix the issue. All they did was give us a fan for the room. Considering how much money we paid - and that the entire reason we moved locations was to make sure she had AC - we were disappointed in their service level. When we mentioned the issue again upon our departure, they said nothing and did not offer any kind of refund. Other than that, everything was great - albeit the most expensive two nights of our lives when we factor in the cost of the hotel and the VRBO.

Perfect location, great breakfast, rooms are tiny as advertised but really well planned out.

The Wren Nest room was clean and as described. The hotel lobby, staff, and breakfast was excellent. One thing to keep in mind is that the bed in the smaller room is blocked on all sides but one, so sleeping two to it can be tricky for the interior person. Also bring your own pillow- the ones provided were subpar at best.

The snug room is extremely small. It’s ok for one person. It’s too small for two people. It’s like sleeping in camper.

Rooms were so small and garbage dumpster were right outside the front door where homeless people hang out. Nothing special about it except the location. Prices are way too high for what you get.

I had an amazing stay at wren urban nest as a solo traveler in Dublin for the first time. the staff was welcoming, the location is impeccable, and the room was exactly what I needed.

Cool hotel in a very prime location. Room was small but the bed was super comfortable, good shower, and black out curtains were a plus. I like that the floor is tile and not carpet for hygiene purposes. Also, the cartons of water with a filtered water refill station in the hallway was a huge benefit and kept me from buying bottled water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
