very clean and beautiful very friendly staff

1. They don't have a check in time posted until you've paid for the hotel. 2. I agree I booked the hotel at night but normally there's always someone in reception to answer phone or messages. I found out check in time was going to be at 5 pm and I was going to get there at 9am latest since I was traveling at night. I messaged the hotel did not get a response. 3. I called them in the morning at 7am to see if I can check in early at the same time I find out I have an extra room reservation that I sure didn't make (my expidia app did glitch during the payment and shut off maybe that can be a reason who knows) the person answered the phone and said call back when manager is back. 4. By the time managers comes you can't too late to cancel the reservation. (I bet the rooms were not even ready by then) but still they can't cancel it 5. I asked for any other options? Nothing. A good hospitality would be to at least partial refund or maybe an extra stay on one room and cancel the other they didn't even try. it's convenient for them to say wait for manager to make any adjustment and when the managers there it's tool late to make any adjustment. I guess that's just a money grab play book they play and call it a policy

When I arrive, there was nothing really around this hotel. Also felt unsafe as I had a corner room and the entire night the emergency or exit door was wide open to where anybody could come into the halls without being a guest. Also very limited transportation. It took me about an hour and a half to get a taxi to agree to come pick me up.

Party room is exactly how it looks, once in the room youll see a few imperfections like the balcony area isnt for use. Other than that its lit

비추천입니다. 욕실에 문이 없어서 그냥 오픈이라 사용할 수가 없습니다. 욕실 셍크대도 밖으로 나와있어서 불편합니다. 프라이버시가 없는 호텔 아무데도 길 수 없는 위치라 비추천입니다

clean and quiet!

Just an awesome place to stay very good service and excellent staff.

Nice soundproof room with a comfortable bed and large shower. There is a laptop in the room for your use as well as a flat iron, I thought that was nice. I would definitely stay again.
