From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The property itself is stunning, well maintained with breathtaking views, luxurious décor, and an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and waking up each morning felt like a dream. Dining at the resort was an experience in itself. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety of options ensured there was something for everyone, and the service at each restaurant was top-tier. The ocean views are just breathtaking. The attention to detail throughout the resort is unmatched. What stood out the most was the level of customer service, staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. It felt personalized, not just professional. Overall, this resort delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. I can’t wait to return!

Very Clean Room, accommodating staff, very willing to help. Unbelievably friendly, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The food was good, quite decent but not as good as my previous visit. I would not hesitate return.

great service/staff, excellent food, lovely beachfront and suite. Pool was average. tennis court under repair. Yoga was an extra fee.

Spectacular food. Amazing beach. Wonderful pleasant staff. Beautiful room. Nothing bad to say. Can’t wait to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Spice Island! The beach is gorgeous, the rooms are super comfortable, and the food was way better than your typical all-inclusive. The staff were so friendly and made everything easy. Super peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would 100% go back!

Likes: 1 staff's attention, friendliness, and follow-through, 2 Royal suite's pool/outdoor area-privacy, spaciousness and overall relaxing comfort 3 restaurants' staff friendliness, efficiency and food variety-tastes - every meal was incredible thanks to head chef Brenda Joseph and her staff Unique Moments: 1 advance email inquiry for special room, food, vacation requests; all requests met 2 arrival front office greeting AND knowing our names 3 immediate resolution to maintenance issues 4 Fabian's personalized guest experience check-ins almost every day 5 ABSOLUTELY MOST IMPRESSIVE - Caralena, the assistant food and beverage manager, checked and arranged a pre-order when we shared that we had incredible frogs' legs and sweetbreads in France. Caralena and Brenda created the dishes for our last dinner AND the dishes tasted even BETTER than those we had in Paris! Dislike: 1 having to leave
