I was staying 8 nights at the hotel and our room smelled like cigarettes or smoke, which was weird because it was no smoking floor. Today was check out and i called front desk for late check out and they called me at 11:00 to check out already. That was very rude, so i had to rush to bring down my stuff.

There was a lil issue with the a/c not working in my room but the front desk made it right. In no time, I was in a room with cold a/c and sleeping well.

I like everything but one I don’t like because I don’t have free parking $7 for days

The hotel is nice for a lengthy stay. I stayed for a week and it was great. The area is really nice, close to a good amount of business. The room was a perfect size and equipped with the kitchenette made things better. Staff is super friendly & the cleanliness of the room is great as well.

Everything was good! Staff were friendly and helpful!

We love having a full kitchen, and a desk top to work on.

This place was just not the best shall I say. The room was clean, BUT smelled of smoke, so we asked to be moved, which they did, BUT the new room smelled the same. It was located in a terrible area of town and literally had dilapidated motor homes parked around the property. Homeless folks seemed to also frequent the surrounding property which was uneasy to say the least. The property was not well staffed and we had to get our own towel replenishment as it was needed. We definitely did not leave valuables in the room choosing to travel with them. We only stayed because I had pre-payed the room and did not want to hassle with refunds. That being said we will not be staying here again.

Excuse the vagueness of this post, but Expedia is restricting how much information and how detail I can be. Overall - Unprofessional staff making reference to long-term Gas and issues with interactions comments, and situational awareness that I had no need to be a part of. I might be mistaken, but I think this hotel may have been a long-term care facility converted into a hotel that’s the overall vibe I get from this place. As for parking, the actual parking lot needs to be resurfaced pretty rough gravel loose throughout. You’ll ruin your rolling luggage if you try to move it across that parking lot.
