Tuvana Hotel - Special Class

Property was well appointed and nice decor. Biggest issue was trying to find hotel first day since gps was confused in the rabbit warren of streets. Another hotel’s bellman allowed us to follow him there or it’s doubtful we would have found them. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Pool was nice but closed too early for us.

The hotel is stunning! Tuvana has everything you need with restaurants, bars, pool bar and fabulous breakfast. AC was wonderful and there was parking right across the street. Staff was great! Finding it was tricky (no sign) but locals knew right where it was.

This place is spectacular. Finding it is difficult if driving.

Magnifique hôtel formé par 6 anciennes villas ottomanes . Très beaux jardins et terrasses. Comme un petit quartier. Un peu compliqué d’accès car au cœur de la vieille ville. Entrer Seraser restaurant dans votre appli de navigation et vous arriverez au parking de l’hôtel. Très agréable.

Very old hotel with average facilities. Staff very reluctant to engage with guests.

The wifi was a little hit and miss. Our computers kept dropping the connection. The breakfast was an outstanding hot and cold buffet with excellent coffee. Only grumble: weak diluted juices with no fresh orange juice in a country where they grow like weeds! Thats why four stars instead of five. The garden and swimming pool are lovely. There is a taxi rank a short walk away and you can get to the airport in half an hour.

Prime location in great Kayseri if you want to stay in the old city. However it’s loud with tourists and it sits in a restaurant, so you will hear noises from parties in the old city and diners, especially if you’re traveling during busy season. Thankfully we travelled during late November so it wasn’t that bad. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a nice garden and view upstairs. I recommend getting the premium room upstairs for less noise and bigger space like I did for my parents. Breakfast is okay but not great (cheese, bread, fruits, coffee and tea)

We had an excellent room on the top floor of one building, with a terrace looking over the leafy complex. The beds were comfortable and bathroom worked well, though a bit small with a huge tub shower to climb into. The staff is excellent and very helpful. Breakfast had some issues one morning, with cold eggs and coffee, but was fine a second morning. It can be a bit noisy as the room entry doors need slamming and the wood construction echoes. In the vicinity, canned music starts early for breakfast below and bands nearby continue till 11pm. We recommend obtaining directions to the hotel from the staff before arrival, as the old town is tricky to drive thru and phone mapping doesn't understand the best way. Parking was near the hotel and easy, with staff help for the bags, once we arrived.

Great location, lovely hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Tuvana Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They always kept the room clean, great amenities, and the hotel decor and ambiance is very peaceful and vibrant. It’s in a great location in Kaleici (Old city). Beautiful markets and restaurants just a minute walk away. The night life is also fun and intriguing, bars and cafes in close proximity. The food is AMAZING!! We had free breakfast and the buffet had amazing options. The hotel works in correspondence with three restaurants right next to the hotel so you get a selection of Italian, International, and Turkish cuisine. We truly loved our stay at Tuvana Hotel and would definitely book it again!!
