We were very excited to visit Handara Golf & Resort, but it turned into a major disappointment. The food was awful — I ordered a ribeye steak that was not even ribeye, already cut into pieces before being served, and tasted like something from a cheap cafeteria. The restaurant service was extremely slow, even though it was empty.
The rooms were old, worn out, and had no air conditioning, only a loud dehumidifier that made it impossible to sleep. The area was full of flies, and every staff member gave different information about basic things like dress code, the driving range, and drone use.
When we complained, instead of resolving the situation properly, management decided to end our stay early — refunding one night just to get rid of us. That says everything about how they handle guests who speak up.
Beautiful location, but terrible food, poor maintenance, and zero professionalism. Definitely not worth the money.
