Por debajo del promedio Sorry to say but the hotel staff look like have gold in their mouth cannot even give a single smile beside that when guest arrived the staff just sitting with unfeeling face expression

Por debajo del promedio We check in at 6:15pm. The receptionist is very rude. After we enter to our room, wifi cant be connected, aircond did not functioning. When we ask for change room, they keep delaying until almost 11pm. Im so tired yesterday and with that kind of customer service, im became very mad with the hotel and its staff.

Bien Very basic but it got all you need for a short stay. The girl receptionist was friendly and helpful. Couldve done something about the steep stairs to the upper floor though.

Fantástico Had a fairly good stay..it's within town area,so it was easy to travel ..there are plenty of parking lots in front of the hotel- under Majlis bandaran, however, there is no need to display the tickets as per the receptionist's advice.. The only inconvenience we had was having to climb up the stairs, which they have up to 3 levels.. it was overall very good and worth the price paid..

Estupendo The stay was ok. Online booking gave better rate. Room condition is ok. Parking is not free since under control of local municipal council. Place ur parking coupon at night to avoid shocking early morning. Iron available at reception counter but there is no iron board. Hotel management can look into this

Bien If only the Receptionist (A Indian man) can be polite enough. After talking further, he allowed to change the room. So I give a thumb up. Before, the room was very smelly with cigarette smokes and bad sockets. I nearly had my laptop broke down because of the unstable circuits from their broken sockets. Be careful guys!
