The location was great. The property looks run down. The elevator might be the tightest fit I have ever seen (1 person at a time). The room was super small, walk in and lay down on the bed. No room to move around.

Por debajo del promedio Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Rooms very claustrophobic with no outside windows which is not mentioned on the ad. I was first checked-in, in one of these claustrophobic rooms and when I asked to change rooms because of this the manager refused and wanted me to pay extra to be moved rooms. Thankfully Expedia was great and they managed to have me moved to a room with an outside window.
Breakfast was terrible, even the coffee was so bad. I only went once and never returned again. Personally, for the price I would not stay here again as I stayed in much better hotels at lower prices.

Estupendo Friendly and very helpful staff. But my room was extremely small. I could barely turn around in the bathroom. My room had a double and a single bed pushed together on a raised platform that went wall to wall side to side. I had to crawl over the beds and platform to get to the window, room telephone, and chairs (the only sitting space).

The rooms are good (a bit small, but common in this area of Hanoi). Includes Breakfast. But the thing that sets this hotel apart from all others is the staff. They talk to you, not at you. They are available to answer any and all questions you have. They all speak English very well. I would give them 6 stars in staff if I could.

Room was quiet and clean. Exactly what I needed. Great location amidst the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Staff were very nice.
