The place is run down. Our closet had a broken shelf, the pool had broken tiles, and the bathroom had mold. The bathroom looked gross and we were going to ask to change rooms. However, we were able to peek into other room that weren't locked and the same situation for all the room on floor 2.
The location is great for street food. Found a few places that had great food for only 20,000 dong or less.
The beach was at least 20 minutes or more of walking. While the beach looks close on the map, access is blocked off by other resorts. You'll need to trek up the beach to be able to use it.
The breakfast wasn't great when it wasn't busy. You ordered off a limited menu. But when it was busy enough, they offered a decent buffet style breakfast.
