Bien Location was excellent. We were on the top floor king bed with a patio. The room next door had their shower right by our bed. And you could hear everything.
The patio great location but not clean and the chairs needed new cushions. The railing on the deck was too high to see over, unless you were standing.
The room was spotless, bed very comfortable. Breakfast amazing. Staff wonderful. Gardens and outside maintenance below standard.
This bed-and-breakfast could be a beautiful Bushart gardens, but it was a weed infested and the plants were neglected and broken down.

Estupendo We liked the location and room, very cute vibes.
Having the breakfast was convenient as well, the lady serving us was really sweet.
The only quick comment, is that it was hard to close the door smoothly without making noise.

Very nice and classic Victorian style B&B! Great location ( right near the Beacon Hill Park and coast)! Highly recommended for first timer to Victoria!

Overall our stay was good. The staff and the breakfast were excellent. The location is great and the view from our room was awesome. Think of the owners invested in some gardening and slight updates to the property, Dashwood would have been a great vs good experience for us.

A beautiful room with character and yet all the necessary amenities. When I told the staff I had an early flight and had to miss breakfast they made sure to prepare something and place it in my fridge the night prior. Gorgeous views of the ocean and excellent walkable location!
