Excellent property and kind helpful staff!

great hotel relax quiet and clean great staff

Upon arrival at 2300 restaurant was closed so no room service!! The location of the hotel is closed to the airport but nothing around the area! ( no restaurants ) I inquired in regards to a late check out was told 3pm but confirmed in the morning. When I called in the morning I was told I need to leave by 1pm when my flight was at 1805.i was gifted a spa access (this is for just an overnight stay ) in the morning upon arriving at spa the lady informed me that I needed to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance! After I explained I was here for an overnight stay she did allow me access because « no one was in the spa » ( the pools and sauna were great), I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone traveling internationally !

The hotel is very nice and one that I would easily recommend. The drawbacks are the property's isolation and limited dining options, although I would definitely recommend the hotel's restaurant.

Staff very helpful. Breakfast good. Room clean. 15 min walk to metro making it easy to get into Porto

Very dated. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast. Would not stay again

The AC in our room did not work for 3 days. The hotel did nothing to correct it. The "hot" breakfast of scrambled eggs and bacon was cold 3 days in a row.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. With only a partial glass curtain for the shower it was difficult to keep water from spraying from the shower onto the floor. The indoor parking was too narrow to navigate so we opted to park outside at the back of the property.
