Exceeded our expectation all you need for one night in room. Clean room, super comfortable bed, hot water and a €7 breakfast in the morning. We stayed in a triple room with our two children and was fine.

Fantástico Clean hotel, nice rooms, working elevator, perfect location with walking distance to everything including metro and a train station. Noise from a street and and a nearby bar did not distract at night. There were some noise in the evening but quiet during the night and it was nice to enjoy live music after a long day in Rome. Next door icecream was our everyday routine - very tasty.

Location is terrific. Elevator was broken so had to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs, staff only present at initial check in then never saw them again even though it was within the hours they were supposed to be there. No AC in room. Noisy bar below. Unsure what to do for check out. Overall I'm glad we only stayed one night.

Clean room, great staff. They allowed us to check on early. Only issue was other guests were very loud from midnight to 2am- partying in the hallway. There is no staff at night, and I believe this noise could have been stopped if staff were around to prevent it.

The lift was not working and I had to use the stairs carrying heavy suitcases all the way to the 4th floor. Terrible. I have back pain now and my vacation is ruined.

Por debajo del promedio The elevator was not working so it was very difficult to get suitcases up and down many flights of stairs. Also difficult when coming and going. When reading previous reviews it seemed that it was temporary, however months later the same issue. Honesty is best policy. If the elevator never works just say so. A friend is going to stay there soon, so will see if the issue has been resolved.
