The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would come back.

Staff was very pushy towards buying time share.

If they offer you free breakfast when you check in don’t accept it because it’s a trap they made me waste 4 hours of my time to join the club Regina membership to try to convince me to join

The hotel is comfortable since it’s right on the beach and pools have plenty of space and lounge chairs, also have a walk up bar. The rooms are dated but functional if you don’t mind older decor. Nice to have a fridge and coffee maker, microwave and dishes, etc… Hot water and a/c works well and internet was great which is included. However there’s a daily resort fee $20 bucks that I didn’t see in the fine print so just know that. There’s an Oxxo convenience store nearby as well as the marina which makes for a nice morning walk.

I love the friendly staff and the location. This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Puerto Vallarta!

Amazing staff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My daughter chose there beautiful venue for her wedding, and everything was absolutely perfect. The ocean views are breathtaking, and the sunsets are simply unforgettable, making it an ideal location for weddings and special events. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was convenient, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the exceptional customer service throughout our visit. Thank you to the entire team for helping make such a special occasion even more memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends and look forward to returning in the future.

My wife and I had such a great time rooms, cleaned big spacious pools, and great customer service and Specially Alberto he was so attentive and helpful

We had arrived early from the airport and know check in time was not until 4:00 , but had requested to check in early since we got there at 10:00 am . But that did not happen . Checked with the desk twice and was always told not ready yet . You would think they would try to get the room ready earlier for us . But not the case.
