First of all, the staff was helpful and kind.
Parking fee is ridiculous. We were told the daily fee was initiated because of the patrons that trespass because they were kicked out of Talking Stick and park in lot and sleep in their car. Back in the day, hotels gave a placard for parking without a fee. Is paper that expensive?
Pool area. No shower, no bathroom, the pool area itself was filthy, the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Need more umbrellas, music would be nice. Some nice pool decor too.
Breakfast was ok but needs improvement too. The bacon was paper thin, the potatoes were cold, the juice dispenser was out, fruit looked old.
We were told this location is scheduled for a restoration so I hope you take my suggestions to heart.
