常備置いてあるコップなどの上にホコリが溜まってました。
清楚はしてほしいと思いました。
スタッフ対応は気さくに良かったです。

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which really made a difference and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel itself is nice and has a good atmosphere. However, cleanliness could use some improvement, as there were a few areas that didn’t feel as clean as expected. With a bit more attention to this, the hotel has great potential to be even better. I would still recommend it, especially because of the excellent service from the staff.

The bed was so tilted at an angle that I had to put a pillow under it to get it level and I could feel the springs through the mattress. I also requested non smoking room but they only had smoking available. They wouldn’t cancel my reservation but were able to get me in a non smoking room for most of my reservation but I had to switch during the middle of my stay to a smoking room, so I just went and stayed somewhere else because the smoking rooms smelled terrible. Make sure you confirm directly with the hotel for non smoking rooms. Don’t trust just clicking that on Expedia.

Estupendo I feel the place is a bit over priced for the quality of the room
The bed was super soft, and for me personally I don't like that kind of bed. The breakfast is very simple. You could have some fruits as an option

Bien Would have been easy to find, except it was listed under another name (Central Plaza Hotel)!
As you would expect, small room but with almost everything I needed. Comfortable, functional and pretty quiet. There are supermarkets and cafes near the station.
Some staff speak English.

Bien Overall the hotel is very good as it is within 2 mins walking distance to Keikyu Tsurumi Station and 3 mins to JR Tsurumi Station. Also lots of cafe, bar along the way. Family Mart is just next to the hotel. Simple breakfast is provided. However there is no wifi in the room which is really inconvenience and when I booked the room it is clearly stated that there is wifi.
