the staff at the check in it’s very kind and helpful. check me in so quick . and the guy that help us our bags , was so nice and helpful. he even call us taxi . i’m just a little disappointed when we eat breakfast because i ask to make my dad 2 sunny side up eggs . they forget about it took long . then when i told them where my dad eggs he make us 1 egg so quick and it was burnt . but everything else was fantastic at the buffet.

The hotel has a GREAT breakfast menu with a good variety of choices that you will enjoy.

We had a wonderful time overall and truly enjoyed the property’s beautiful location and charming atmosphere. It’s an ideal setting for a romantic getaway — peaceful, intimate, and full of character. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which really enhanced our experience. That said, there were a few issues that detracted slightly from our stay. The room unfortunately had little to no hot water, and the water pressure was quite low, which made showering less enjoyable. Additionally, the jacuzzi tub was not operable as advertised, which was disappointing since it was one of the features we were most looking forward to using. The dining area, while still warm and inviting, felt a bit dated and weathered. With some updates and a general refresh, the space — and the property overall — could truly match the incredible potential it already has. Despite these drawbacks, it’s still a lovely place to stay with a lot of charm. As a foreigner, the room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are limited to 1-2 people, so we needed 2 rooms for 3 people. The lobby is ok. It’s a safe option.

Great location if staying in Subic - right by the beach with a nice pool.

Way too expensive for what it is. Very noisy rain soumd on roof. Noisy bar downstairs with loud music late at night. Got food poisoning.

Easy access to most everything.

The hotel is upgraging the properrt which os great to see. The staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The hotel has a great location and is walking distace to shopping, restaurants and music venues. The view from my room was amazing. Watching the sunrise over the mountains and the bay was the perdexr way to start the morning. The buffet breakfast offered a varity of food options. I would stay here again.

The staff was impeccable! They were very attentive to my needs/request. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling to Subic Bay, Philippines.
