Unique, comfortable, clean room in a great location! There are only four rooms per floor, so it is very quiet; my room did not share any walls with other rooms. The rooms were modern and felt more like a small apartment than an American hotel. Tons of closet and shelf space to unpack into.
The bathroom was spacious, with a full tub/shower and beautiful tile work. There's a towel warmer, which was handy to quickly dry clothes after getting soaked by the rain.
Staff were polite and all spoke English. The neighborhood is full of great French and Asian restaurants. The bakery a few doors down has amazing pastries.
Easy walk to many locations, several metro lines within a 10-15 minute walk.
I can't speak to the breakfast (price seemed high to me) but it smelled good.
There's a free steam room that I forgot to visit. It sounded like you reserve a time and have the steam room to yourself.
The room darkening curtains are a mixed bag... They are mounted so far from the wall that light leaks around all the edges and the room gets pretty bright as soon as the sun rises.
