Por debajo del promedio From the beginning, after I booked and payed for the room, I arrived to check in there was no one to greet me for about 12 minutes. Then the attendant could not locate my paid reservation. Then there’s the issue with a $20 cash deposit. I stayed at another motel in Redondo beach that did not require that. The floors were filthy and unswept, after taking a shower and walking across the room the bottoms of my feet were dark from the dirt they had wooded flooring no carpet. (there was a pink hair beret and a shampoo cap at the front entrance against the wall.) There was a table and an upholstered chair which had stains, the table had cigarette burns on it, the bed covering had cigarette burns. Broken screens on the outside windows, occupant next to me had a collection of bottles and cans piled up. The front desk “kiosk” smelled like urine

Bugs everywhere the bed had hair on it the pillows are small. Parking is so small and lady comes 15 min prior to checking out. Come at check out time not 15 prior that’s just rude

Hotel is worst than most motel. Extremely dirty and not well taking care of. Trash was litter all over the parking lot. Will never ever ever go back or recommend this hotel/motel to anyone.

We woke up to a roach crawling on the wall. So dirty and gross. Worst experience ever. Man in another room with a bunch of trash in his room.

Staff was super accommodating! Only issue was that I would leave ensuring I locked the door but when I came back, the door would be unlocked. Nothing was ever taken from the room but I made sure never to leave any valuables when I was out. Other than that, the staff was great and property was nice
